Returns for orders placed on smartmouth.com

If you are not satisfied with a product you bought on smartmouth.com, you may return it within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Mail the product, with your order number, to SmartMouth, 12312 Olive Blvd., Suite 250, St. Louis, MO 63141. Once we receive it, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer and is not refunded.

Wherever you bought your SmartMouth product, from smartmouth.com or an authorized retailer in the United States, you are covered by the 60-Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, complete the Guarantee Request Form within 60 days of purchase and mail it with your proof of purchase and the original UPC label from the product to SmartMouth Oral Health Laboratories, Attn: Guarantee, 12312 Olive Blvd., Ste. 250, St. Louis, MO 63141.
