At Triumph Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“SmartMouth”), we stand behind our products and quality controls.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your SmartMouth product you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or a coupon for a replacement product. We do encourage you to use the product twice daily for two weeks to experience its full effect. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the SmartMouth 60-Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.  The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

If you bought on smartmouth.com within the last 15 days, you may instead return the product for a refund to your original payment method; see our Returns and Refunds policy. The Guarantee covers purchases from any authorized US seller for 60 days from purchase and is paid by check.

To submit a Guarantee request, please complete the Guarantee Request Form and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product.  If your request is approved, you will then need to mail the completed Guarantee Request Form, proof of purchase, and the original UPC label from the product to:

Proof of purchase is required because prices vary based on the reseller. Without proof of purchase, we cannot refund the purchase price because we will not be able to verify the transaction details. You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days of the date of purchase.

SmartMouth reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, require the customer to send SmartMouth the product at issue, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the Guarantee. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing the requested materials to SmartMouth.
